Work with purpose. Teach with heart.

Join a community of specialist educators who put learners first

Join our team of specialist educators

Education should feel flexible, human and rooted in understanding. At Love2Learn Education we work with learners who need something different. We are building a team of tutors and specialist educators who can bring calm, consistent support to children and young people with SEND.

If you are warm, reflective and committed to student-centred learning, you will feel at home here.

Who We Are

60.png

We are a community of qualified teachers and SEND specialists who support learners aged 4–25 in a way that fits their needs. Our work includes one-to-one sessions at home, in school or in the community, as well as online support when appropriate.

We partner with families, schools and local authorities to create personalised learning that helps each learner feel safe, understood and able to make steady progress.

Our approach is relationship-based and centred on trust.

Who we are looking for

We welcome educators who value connection, creativity and autonomy.

You may be a qualified teacher with QTS, an experienced SEND practitioner or a specialist mentor with a strong understanding of autism, ADHD, dyslexia, PDA, SEMH or developmental delay.

You will be a good fit if you:

  • enjoy working one-to-one

  • can adapt calmly to a learner’s needs

  • communicate well with families and professionals

  • take a student-centred and trauma-informed approach

  • are reliable, reflective and organised

  • can work independently with support from our team

Most of our current work is in person and we are currently not recruiting for purely online roles.

How the work looks

You will support learners through personalised sessions that may include core subjects, confidence building, regulation strategies, interest-led activities or steps towards reintegration.

Every learner is different, and we match you with students whose needs and interests align with your experience.

Work can take place:

  • at home

  • in school

  • in the community

  • online when appropriate

You can express your preferred age range, subject strengths and the type of work you feel confident taking on.

Most of our team members are self-employed, although employed roles are available for educators who take on at least six hours of work each week.
