We provide bespoke EOTAS packages for children and young people whose needs cannot be met in a school setting. Each plan is designed around the learner’s EHCP outcomes, ensuring access to high-quality, relationship-based education that promotes progress, confidence, and wellbeing.
What is EOTAS?
EOTAS stands for Education Otherwise Than at School. It is arranged when a local authority determines that a child’s educational needs cannot be met within a school environment.

EOTAS can take many forms, but at Love2Learn Education it means creating a safe, consistent, and specialist learning pathway delivered 1:1 by experienced SEND Specialist Educators. We focus on helping learners re-engage with education, achieve EHCP outcomes, and rebuild confidence in preparation for their next steps.

We agree on a timetable, curriculum focus, and communication plan.

We review EHCPs, reports, and professional recommendations.
5 / delivery and monitoring
Support begins, supported by weekly case management and individual lesson reporting.
3 / Matching
We identify the right specialist educator(s) for the learner’s profile.
6 / review and evaluation
We provide written reports for annual reviews, MDTs, and future planning.
Personalised Pricing
Every EOTAS package is fully bespoke and tailored to the learner’s needs.
Our hourly rate typically starts from £55/hour depending on staff expertise, delivery format, and subject.
Packages also include a weekly case management fee that covers planning, coordination, and reporting.
Once we have reviewed the learner’s needs and circumstances, we will provide a personalised quote outlining the proposed hours, structure, and costs.
