This will be a specialist educator who understands how to build confidence and tailor learning to your child.
We always begin with building trust.

We take a gentle approach and use tasks that reduce pressure and help your child feel comfortable.
Progress often begins with emotional safety.

We understand that things can change quickly for families. If you need to cancel a session, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This helps us protect the time of our specialist educators and keep support consistent for all learners.
If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full fee is usually charged.
We will always be fair and take circumstances into account, so please contact us if you are unsure.
We always aim to begin support as soon as possible. However, we can only start when we have a Specialist Educator who is the right match for your child and has availability that fits your routine.
If a suitable tutor is not immediately available, we will add your child to our waiting list.
After-school and weekend sessions are usually the most in demand, so there is often a waiting list for these times.
We will: ● keep in regular contact so you know where things stand ● check whether you still want to remain on the waiting list ● prioritise waiting list learners when we grow our team ● explore both in-person and online options with you
We do not always have the right person close enough for in-person sessions, but we will always do our best to find a safe, consistent and well-matched educator for your child.
Our tuition starts from £50 per hour.
Every learner’s programme is personalised, so we will talk through your child’s needs and agree the right plan, frequency and cost together before any sessions begin.
There are no hidden fees and no long-term commitments. We want families to feel informed and confident at every step.
If you're exploring support for your child, here's what you can do next.
If you’d like to talk things through, we’re here to help.
You can book a discovery call and we’ll guide you to the right next step for your learner.
