Our Purpose

We support children and young people with SEND through learning that feels flexible, human and right for them.
Our specialist educators work with families, schools and local authorities to help learners rebuild confidence, reconnect with education and take steady steps forward.
Our Story
Love2Learn Education began with one teacher who wanted to do things differently.
After more than a decade working in primary, middle and specialist schools, Kirsty saw how many learners struggled in settings that could not meet their needs. She wanted to create an approach that felt calm, relational and built around the child rather than the system.

Kirsty Fox, Principal
Love2Learn started with a handful of families in Birmingham who needed something more flexible. It has since grown into a nationwide community of specialist educators supporting learners from age four upwards.
Today Kirsty leads a team grounded in warmth, compassion and specialist understanding. Every learner is carefully matched with an educator who can offer the right balance of expertise, creativity and emotional safety.
What we believe
Education should feel accessible, achievable and personal.
Our approach is:
-
Relationship-based, because trust comes first
-
Flexible, so learning can happen in the environment that works best
-
Strength-led, supporting what each learner can do before introducing challenge
-
Collaborative, with families, schools and local authorities working together
-
Grounded in understanding, including autism, ADHD, PDA, SEMH, sensory needs and trauma-informed practice
We take time to understand each learner’s needs and design a plan that helps them move forward at their own pace.
The Team
Our team is made up of qualified teachers and specialist educators with strong SEND experience. We work across home, school and community settings and provide both online and in-person support.
Although every educator brings unique strengths, we share the same commitment to calm, compassionate and learner-centred practice.
Kirsty oversees every referral, matching each learner with the right educator and ensuring a clear, supportive start for every family or school.
We have over 40 specialist educators working together to deliver specialist SEND provision to learners of all ages in all areas of the curriculum.

Every educator in our team shares the same belief: education should fit the learner, not the other way around.
